Thanks again for your excellent service and for accommodating my work schedule

I needed to get one particular tire changed to a snow tire (i was driving three winter tires and one summer tire) and I needed to get it changed before the snow hits that evening. I called in the morning and they told me they were unavailable that day; but I was adamant about it and gave it a shot on their website appointment schedule. They were quick on getting back to me that day and told me they were completely booked till the next two weeks. I explained my situation and they were nice enough to have me come in the next hour to get it fixed. Within ten minutes, it was done! I expected to be charged a lot for it due to the last minute request but it was cheaper than I thought! I could totally see that they were booked the whole day, and I was so thankful that they were willing to let me come in and get my tires changed. Thank you guys! You were amazing!

Excellent service, fair prices, flexibility. The best was that I was able to drop off my car 20 min after I called for an inspection and they had the inspection done before I was done with work. Couldn't have gone smoother. Perfect service!

If only other service providers could figure out what the team at Capitol Tire and Service figured out and have done so well for so long. It sounds so simple to treat others the way that you would hope to be treated, but so few actually do it and even exceed that time-tested statement. If you do not use the team at Capitol Tire, you are missing out.

Had 4 tires replaced on my oldy but goody Hawkmobile and all before bar time.

We have been taking all of our cars to Capital Tire and Service since we moved to Madison 20 years ago. The service is always timely and of high quality!
