I appreciate the professional and yet personal customer service at Capitol Tire. Sean, Tom and the gang are client focused, honest and they get the job done!

I'm originally from a small town and for most of my life I've been taking my vehicles to the same repair shop. We had a trusting relationship and I always felt comfortable taking my car there knowing they'd be straightforward and I wouldn't be taken advantage of. Since moving to Madison 3 years ago I've been burned by a few dishonest and shady car repair shops in the area. When my brakes decided to wear out, I wanted to try to find a new place that I'd hoped would work out better. Capitol Tire exceeded my expectations and gave me a great first experience that will turn me into a repeat customer. They were friendly and knowlegeable from my first phone call all the way through to picking up my car once it was finished. They answered my questions without making me feel unintelligent and even brought to my attention a rebate coupon they had available to help save me some money. I was impressed with my first experience and will be recommending your shop to others as well as coming back for any future repairs. Thank you for allowing me to trust in a repair shop again and for bringing back some of that small town business feel I had been missing.

I was there twice this past weekend. Once for a standard oil change and then for a car battery replacement (due to the cold). Both times they were their usual friendly, professional selves. The oil change appt yielded another issue, rather pricey. With their help I was able to determine if I should get it fixed right away. They were also able to get the part yet that day!

Late afternoon on a dark, rainy day, I saw that I had a burned-out headlight. Went to Capitol Tire and they were very busy, but made room for me and did the job. In a few minutes I was on my way safely.
