My tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sounded an alarm and signaled low pressure on the dashboard---while I was taking my kids to the UW Health clinic right next door to Capitol Tire And Service. We had recently had the tires and all four TPMS sensors replaced at another shop after an unexpected blow out, and I definitely didn't want to risk driving away on dangerously low pressure. I would have checked the pressure myself...but somehow my tire pressure gauge found its way out of the case in my glove compartment. I didn't have an appointment, but the crew at Capitol Tire and Service were so friendly and gracious. Sean kindly checked my pressure levels and was a pleasure to interact with. Everyone was so kind and courteous, and my kids were relieved that helpful people were so close by. It turned out that the tires were fine, and somehow my TPMS had thrown a system fault. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to go back when we need service. Thanks, Sean and Capitol Tire and Service!
