I heard about them through friends when I was looking for a reliable mechanic for a few maintenance tasks for my 2014 Toyota. They were very polite, patient, and thoughtful throughout all the communications both over phone and in person, and talked me through all details. I had asked for a few parts to be changed, but they told me some of them were fine and saved me some money.
