Sean's well-organized team diagnosed all the issues, listed them, provided cost estimates for each repair, and printed them out for me to take home. As far as I can tell, the service was performed satisfactorily. They were friendly and courteous. I took one star off because I don’t think a tire rotation should take an hour when you have an appointment. They appeared to be over scheduled.
