Great service and a great price.

Went in to get new tires installed. Told me to get a very expensive tire at first, which I can understand, but after asking what else they had that was cheaper, he spent 5 minutes on his computer to eventually say that I shouldn't buy anything else. After calling somewhere else and telling him I found a cheaper price, he then was able to tell me about a tire that was $50 cheaper. I can understand that you want to sell the nice tires, but when someone asks if you have cheaper tires please do be so deceitful. Also don't think I saw a smile the whole time I was there.

I've been using Capitol Tire for the last several years for the minor issues that have come up on my 2015 Chevy Impala. They are so conveniently close by and have offered quick and expert services. I am very pleased with the workmanship I get there and will continue taking my auto repair business to Capitol Tire on Whitney Way in Madison.

They replaced my Steering wheel control module. My cruise control was not working. They fixed it and it works perfectly now.

I have been a customer of Capitol Tire for many years and they have always taken good care of my car. Currently my car needs tires and I will get them at Capitol Tire even though I am an executive member of Cosco and the tires would be cheaper but I believe in supporting a local business that will put air in when needed or answer questions and check out any car issues I may have.

Great and honest service.

Staff are always friendly and thorough. Repair work is exceptional. Staff always take time to provide details on why repairs are needed.

I originally had scheduled as an oil change and received a call when they found that there was erosion around part of my battery to see if I was okay with them adding that service with an extra cost. They went even further and quoted the extra cost. My family has been going to Cap Tire for many decades and have always had great service and care by everyone in the company.
