I have been having Capitol Tire work on my cars for years. I especially enjoying coming in for the good selection of craft beer in those piston mugs. And those sparkplug French fries are just really good. Although the big screen Tv gets a little loud at times, especially when the staff have the radio on in the office. When Tom gets into his dancing mood, it's hilarious. The mechanics are very smart and perform great work. Sometimes though the powdered sugar ring around the mouth after a doughnut feed is a little disconcerting.

From the moment I walked into the door, I was promptly and politely greeted by all the staff including Sophie the black lab! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with the review and assessment of my car. The repairs were done in a timely manner and they offered me free shuttle service to and from work as well as a free loaner car to ensure I was able to make it to my work commitment in the evening. They even found my car key fob in my vehicle which had been missing for months! I will definitely now a loyal customer to Capitol Tire & Service.

We won't go anywhere else for our car maintenance and repairs and we tell all our friends to go there. Love that they let you know in advance when some work will be needed in the future so you can plan

I've been coming here for about 2.5 years now. I love cars but sadly do not have the ability or attention to detail to do my own work. Once my warranties expire, I have brought all my cars here. I was referred here by a friend who grew up in Madison who's family has been coming here for his entire lifetime. I am glad I found Capitol Tire. Sean and the crew are friendly and HONEST. They do a great job. They are able to work on all of our cars, which include a Honda, an Acura, a Mini, and I have even had them do work on our Porsche. I feel very comfortable with the crew here. Let me also put it this way. I think they are so fair and honest that I do not even use the coupons that are advertised in those mail coupon things. I want them to continue to have my business and I want them to do well. I want to treat them as fairly as they treat me! Thank you Capitol Tire! *Bonus* Its walking distance to Tai's Asian Bistro which is great Chinese Food for lunch while you wait. *Double Bonus* Their dog is adorable and they have popcorn and cookies.
