Top notch garage, Reasonable, very honest, they drop you off AND pick you up. And they have a great shop dog named Sadie, who greets you like an old friend, then goes over and flops on a couch.

These guys are great, I can't see enough good about them. They are thorough, stand behind their work and take the time to explain what is wrong, what needs to be done and by when. Honest.

As much as I usually love you, I was a bit disappointed that there was miscommunication about purpose of appt. I had requested winter to summer tire change AND 30k service. Unfortunately this was not communicated to technician and he did not to change my oil because car did not have 30k (window sticker said due at ~ 29k). When I came to get my car, you offered to change the oil then, but it was closing time and I had to be somewhere else in a few minutes. The "service due" reminder light went on 3 days after my appt. Now I need to find time to schedule another appt. I still love you and will be back, but this miscommunication created an inconvenience for me.
