As much as I usually love you, I was a bit disappointed that there was miscommunication about purpose of appt. I had requested winter to summer tire change AND 30k service. Unfortunately this was not communicated to technician and he did not to change my oil because car did not have 30k (window sticker said due at ~ 29k). When I came to get my car, you offered to change the oil then, but it was closing time and I had to be somewhere else in a few minutes. The "service due" reminder light went on 3 days after my appt. Now I need to find time to schedule another appt. I still love you and will be back, but this miscommunication created an inconvenience for me.
