One of the nicest service places in this city, maybe the best. Always answer, give quick feedback, upfront about pricing, and deliver on time. I won't go anywhere else for tire or work to be done on my vehicles. The staff is pleasant and efficient and they are thoughtful. A shuttle is available if you need a ride to or from the service center.

Our car is in great shape, replacing the coils made a huge difference in the ride. Our car was in early in the am and done by 3 with a complementary ride at a reasonable price.. We couldn't ask for more.

Just took my 2005 Lexus RX330 for maintenance. I waited for my vehicle. the lobby is a great place to people watch, it says alot about the business Sean and his team have developed over the years. Everyone is on a first name basis, taking care of the customer is the number 1 goal, second is educating folks like myself as to what is required versus what dealerships want to upsell you. I live 30 miles away and never mind the extra drive because I know Sean and his team will look out for my best interest

I'm grateful that my tire problem occurred only a mile away from Capitol Tire. I showed up there towards the end of the business day and they looked at my car right away. They took care of the tire quickly and charged a fair price. It was my first visit. I'll definitely be back.

As with every other time I've been to Capitol Tire the service and support have been excellent. I asked for a few items to be fixed and they double checked to make sure I wanted one because it was about a thousand miles early for the scheduled maintenance. They also have dealt with my travel schedule, letting me drop off my car and holding onto it for ten days when the repairs only took three. Price also always seems fair or less than I expected to pay.

Great job they provided a thorough analysis of our van and gave me the options of what to fix or not fix. Not pushy at all and even offered up a coupon special they were running.
