I have been experiencing a strange noise from my car. The team at Capitol Tire was wonderful throughout the process of investigating this noise. They were very thorough with my car inspection and even though they did not hear the noise initially when they test drove the car, they were more than happy to take a second look and do a test drive with me a few days later. Once the mechanic heard the noise, he gave me a loaner car so that they could try multiple fixes to investigate the source of the noise. Although the mystery remains unsolved (several other local mechanics also weren't able to solve the mystery!), I appreciated their comprehensive service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend working with them.
