As always, I received prompt, courteous, professional service. One thing that I especially like about Capitol Tire is that they aren't always trying to sell some "add-on" service or product. They give you choices, and when they say that I need an additional service or product, I trust their recommendation.

I was able to schedule an appointment in my requested time frame. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Drop-off and pick-up of my vehicle were quick and easy. Service was great; my car was fixed and returned without any issues.

Each time I visit your facility I have been very happy with service and welcoming attitude of the employees.

I've been to Capitol Tire a few times to purchase wheels, have winter tires put on, or have general service (oil change) completed. They've always done a good job at a good price. They let me know about things they notice that could use fixing but they don't pressure me into fixing any of them which I appreciate.

I came here to have some bushings pressed into a new set of control arms, a job that should have been quick and easy. They managed to press 3 out of four bushings in all the way and then gave up with the last one an eighth of an inch from the seat. I didn't notice until I had gotten home and already had paid $40 for the privilege. I ended up having to go into work and fabricate a jig to do it myself on a hydraulic press. I was not impressed with cap tire.

Always honest, always fair. That is why I bring my call from Waukesha to get it serviced at Capitol Tire. Car just turned over 250,000 miles and they are a big part of the reason why it did.
