Went to them 2 years ago to get my carrier bearings replaced. And here I am today with the SAME issue (or so they guess). I should not have to replace these but all I got was "well I can probably pay for the parts". Oh and then they wanted to charge me $600 just to take it apart and diagnose it. Yeah no thanks... should have done it right the first time. They also noted on my labor description "would do when have the money"... Why in the world would that be on anything? And I have the money but I sure as heck am not paying you another $900 to do crappy work that needs to be redone in 2 years. Completely unsatisfied and will not be returning for anything from them. :(
