Capitol Tire has been consistently fair, honest and reliable. The customer service that they provide is the best that I've ever experienced at an auto shop. This is, far and away, the best shop I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. As an example, I was told by another shop that my vehicle needed a new master cylinder in order to fix the brakes. I told this to the nice folks at Capitol Tire, and instead of replacing the part, they fixed the existing part and saved me *hundreds* of dollars. As far as I'm concerned, that's the epitome of honesty in the auto repair business.

When I was there, a gentleman was waiting to hear the diagnosis on his vehicle. He had recently gotten a job after being out of work for some time. His new job started the next day, but he was now facing a $800+ repair bill. Not only that, he needed a ride home and a loaner car for the morning. I sat and watched as the team arranged all of that, 5 minutes before quitting time. Experiences like this are what I share with people when I refer them to you guys for car repair. This man didn't have to worry about making it to work the next day. Capitol Tire and Service is on his side. Like I said, it's not my story, but I was there to see it and I thought it should be celebrated. (It also would make one hell of an advertisment).

Our very old vehicle has been taken care of as though it were new at Capitol Tire with our safety and convenience thought of as much as the repairs themselves.
