Two days before Christmas and with the frigid temps, my car's battery was oh-so-not happy. I phoned the shop, Mike verified they had a battery for my car, and said to come in. Done and done - no waiting! The battery is even higher rated than the one failing. Errands and Christmas Day travel were done without fear of being stranded. Always a happy customer!

Very easy to book an appointment! Great service with clear communication about what they checked and their recommendations for what should be addressed with up front price transparency for repairs! Would definitely recommend and will be back in the spring to switch out my snow tires for summer ones :)

Excellent workmanship. The staff unlike many places are true professionals. Plus the fact that after leaving my vehicleI I was taken to home and picked up later in the afternoon!! Who does that?? After one visit I certainly will go back.

It's hard to find a mechanic shop you can trust but I've trusted these guys for 7 years. I've never felt like these guys have ever tried to upsell me or lie to me. Once I asked about something and they just pulled up the pictures of the issue on my car and walked me through the issues. You do have to book your appointment a few weeks in advance, but that's just because the whole town already knows their the best shop in Madison. Simply put, no one's better.
