I needed new winter tires on my vehicle. I was planning on 4, but they called me and said the front tires still had half their life, and suggested I rotate the front tires to the back, and put the Firestone Weather Grips on the front. So, they saved me a lot of money, and were able to do the job the same day. A snowstorm hit the next day, so I was glad to get those tires on fast, as I was plowed in. So, really good service, good prices and fast. I recommend, for any automotive need.

I took my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because I was concerned about my coolant and wanted the sludge flushed out. After being charged 252 and getting my vehicle back the first picture is before the second picture is after. There is still plenty of sludge it's not even topped off and I'm wondering what I just paid $252 for. Going to have to take it in elsewhere to make sure there is nothing wrong.

Hello Nicholas, I have tried to contact you. I am sorry I have failed in communicating with you. We confirmed with the technician that the coolant exchange did get done, the information you didn’t get from the us at the counter is even though we used an additional 2 gallons of new coolant to try and get your cooling system perfectly clean, the end result was not as beautiful as we hoped. This is not uncommon when a cooling systems has been contaminated, is extra dirty, or it is overdue for maintenance that the system doesn’t come all the way clean on the first exchange. The fresh coolant and additives are high in detergent and the visual appearance of the cooling system may look like it gets dirtier in a relatively short period of time as the detergent is actually scrubbing the system. When we get less than a 5 star review we have not provided the experience we all expect. I had a great experience here with getting my car fixed. They even have given me a loaner car no charge so I can still go about my day! I will continue to come back here to get my car fixed!

One of the belts on my car broke on New Year’s Eve. Capitol Tire & Service stated they likely wouldn’t be able to look at my car until that following Monday. I towed my car there on Tuesday evening, they ended up squeezing me in on Wednesday & kept me updated w/ the necessary repairs, costs and timelines. My vehicle ended up getting repaired by Thursday & had my car back by Friday. I couldn’t have been happier! Thanks!!
