Emergency tire repair was accomodated quickly which I greatly appreciated.

I was sitting in the waiting area eating popcorn--provided by Capitol Tire--while my tire was being placed back on my car and thinking, "This is a wonderful company." I've thought that often, as I've been a customer since I moved to Madison 5 years ago. I am particularly impressed by how courteous all personnel have been, always, and that i never feel patronized or talked down to as an old lady. Staff have always taken the time to explain repairs thoroughly and everyone has an attitude of wanting to be as helpful as possible. For courteous and competent auto repair service, bring your vehicle here. And enjoy popcorn, coffee or tea provided in the sunny waiting area.
