Every interaction I have with Capitol Tire is always great! They are always honest and informative, without being pushy or condescending. Capitol Tire is hands down my reliable go-to car guys! They have yet to steer me in the wrong direction and never push unnecessary fixes on me. My most recent car maintenance I had arranged to drop off and wait for maintenanceto be completed. I now live in Waunakee and had a mid day meeting, which made waiting for an unspecified amount of time inconvenient. Upon my arrival I was informed they had double booked and it would take longer than expected for my maintenance to be performed. For the inconvenience, they set me up with a rental at no cost to me. I appreciate the effort they put into not having my whole day derailed by the unexpected change. They are fair, reasonably priced, and I have nothing but good experiences after 5+ years of my intereractions and car services with them (15+ years for other members of my family). Thank you guys!
