Capitol Tire always goes the extra mile to inform you about problems encountered, explain their recommendations, and let you know if other parts or service will be needed soon. This is terrifically helpful to me, and the quality of the work is the best. I gave this recommendation a couple years ago and it's still valid today--always professional service and fairly priced.

This place is fantastic. They are accommodating, provide great service, and get work done in a timely fashion. I don't think I've ever seen a vehicle service company be so customer-centric.

I’ve been going here for 10 years and won’t take my vehicles anywhere else!!! I especially like when they save really bad old parts so that they can show me the difference. The guys are really good about calling and asking before making any major decisions. They also keep track of the wear and tear on our vehicles so that we can plan for upcoming repairs instead of being blindsided by unforeseen expenses. They have never once been high-pressure about a repair and I feel like safety is their number one priority. The last time I had my vehicles serviced, I did have to wait a bit longer than usual to get an appointment. No biggie—I’m so happy that the business is growing!! They truly deserve it!! I hope they get more staff and possibly a larger location in the near future.

Capitol Tire is the only place I know of where superior service is the norm. Please don't ever change your commitment to your business and to your customers.
