STARTERS and ALTERNATORS
There are not many things that will wreck your day or give you a good story like the day your car either died or wouldn't start. Starters and alternators that work are essential to get your car running and keep it running. There is no preventive maintenance you can perform to keep them from wearing out. Most cars do, however, have a light on their dashboard that brightens if the alternator is not properly charging the battery. Sometimes a loose belt can make it look like the alternator is not working.
We recommend that you bring the car in so we can check to see what the problem is. If the parts need to be replaced, we can get rebuilt ones or brand new ones from the car's manufacturer.
